Above and Beyond: Structured, Depth-Oriented Therapy for Goal-Driven Adults
Control Restored. Clarity Embodied. Connection Renewed.
Online Throughout California
On-line therapy for adults in California.
We are glad you're here. You have taken the courageous step to meaningful change.

We help high-performing professionals, striving parents, and persevering 1st/2nd generation immigrants break through the 'stuck' patterns of trauma, grief, and emotional overwhelm. Drawing on lived experience navigating the intersections of career, parenthood, and the immigrant journey, we provide more than just talk therapy. We offer the concrete skills and structure needed to transform distress into lasting stability and purpose.
You’ve built your life’s roadmap. To the outside world, you’re the one who has it all together—driven, resilient, and consistently hitting the mark. But lately, the roadmap feels heavy.
Inside, it tells a different story:
-
The 2:00 AM Loop: Replaying mistakes or "what-ifs" when you should be resting.
-
The Physical Toll: A constant tension in your shoulders that you can’t seem to breathe through.
-
The Mental Fog: Struggling to focus on the very goals that used to ignite you.
-
The Social Drain: Your battery is flat, leaving little energy for the people who matter most.
You feel a confusing mix of burnout, quiet anger, and a lingering sense of emptiness.
Here is the truth: Nothing is wrong with you. That "stuck" feeling? It’s your system trying to protect you from the crushing weight of everyone’s expectations—including your own. You don’t have to trade your ambition for your sanity. Together, we will dismantle the burden, restore your sense of control, and help you reconnect with a version of success that actually feels good from the inside out.

Insurance
We are an out-of-network provider. We can provide a superbill to clients who can submit to their insurance company for potential reimbursement for therapy services. Please check your out-of-network benefits. Clients are responsible for payments for therapy services.
We have partnered with Thrizer to handle the out-of-network process automatically for you. With Thrizer, you will only have to pay a copay for our sessions post-deductible, instead of paying our full fee and waiting for reimbursements. This typically allows clients to save on average 70% upfront on our sessions. During our intake process, we can help you verify if you have out-of-network benefits and how much your copay would be. For more information click on the links, Client Infographic, Thrizer Pay Example.
Payments
We accept most major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of therapy sessions. Cancelled or rescheduled sessions will be subject to a full charge if not received at least 24 hours in advance.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
-
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
-
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
-
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
-
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
